Funding your Hiro wallet just got easier. Users will now see a “Buy” option in the Hiro Wallet web extension. STX purchases are facilitated via an integration with Transak.* Once the purchase is completed, STX will arrive directly into your wallet.

The Hiro wallet lets you connect with over 50 applications in the Stacks ecosystem. You can mint NFTs, take out a loan, mine CityCoins, and so much more.

Take advantage of 0% fees on STX purchases until December 19th, 23:59 CET.

Transak is supported in over 60 countries; a detailed list of currency coverage and fees can be found here. Fees and payment methods vary by country. Transak also shows you average slippage and processing times when making a purchase.

If you are using Transak for the first time, you may need to verify your account through a process known as “KYC”. Please refer to the Transak support page if you have any questions.

Please note: Transak does not currently support STX purchases in the US. In the months ahead, we plan to add more options for fiat on-ramps for US-based users and ACH/ bank transfers.
